Job Description
- Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers including participation in and promotion of customer service programs to continuously improve customer service.- Act as a liaison between the kitchen staff and the waitstaff to ensure a steady workflow from front-of-house to back-of-house.- Will be responsible for facilitating kitchen orders, maintaining quality control and monitoring food safety.- Will organize ticket orders to ensure outgoing meals are prioritized appropriately.- Knowledge of the KDS system.- Will facilitate a steady flow of information between different areas of the restaurant. - May assist wait staff in delivering plates to customers.
