This is a high-impact in-house legal leadership role responsible for owning and scaling the corporate legal function within a fast-growing, technology-driven organization operating at the intersection of AI, data, and global security. You will lead complex M&A transactions, equity financings, and strategic investments while also shaping the governance and compliance infrastructure required to support long-term growth. Acting as a key advisor to executive leadership, you will help accelerate decision-making by bringing legal clarity, speed, and structure to high-stakes business initiatives. This role is not limited to advisory work; it requires hands-on ownership of deal execution and the design of scalable legal systems that reduce friction across the business. You will also help modernize legal operations through AI-driven workflows, enabling faster due diligence and more efficient contract and governance processes.
