We’re hiring a Clinic Manager for our Flagship Location in North York, ON This isn’t just another clinic role—it’s a high-impact leadership opportunity to oversee one of our most prominent flagship practices. We are looking for a highly seasoned, driven, and strategic Clinic Manager to take ownership of our North York location. As the face of this flagship clinic, you will lead a high-performing team, drive operational success, and shape the patient experience in a modern, fast-paced environment. Role Details Position: Full-Time Clinic ManagerLocation: North York, ONClinic: "Dentist North York" (An Anytime Dental Clinic, part of Passion Dental Group)Schedule: 44 hours/week (Clinic operates 7 days/week with extended hours; flexibility for evenings/weekends is required)Compensation: $80,000 – $85,000 annually What You’ll Do Operational Leadership: Serve as the primary operational and cultural leader for our North York flagship, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-caliber team; foster a culture of accountability and professional growth. Systems Optimization: Drive the use of core clinical systems, specifically Cleardent and RecallMax/MaxAssist, to maximize performance, patient retention, and clinical efficiency. Financial & Administrative Management: Oversee daily billing, insurance processes, payroll, budget creation, and performance metrics. Community Engagement: Lead local marketing efforts to strengthen the Anytime Dental brand presence in the North York community. What You Bring We are looking for a seasoned professional who can step into a flagship environment and hit the ground running: Experience: 4–5+ years of progressive dental clinic management experience. Systems Proficiency: Direct, hands-on experience with Cleardent and RecallMax (MaxAssist) is required. Leadership Style: Proven track record of coaching teams, resolving conflicts, and driving high-level clinic performance. Mindset: High-energy, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Flexibility: Availability to support our 7-day, extended-hours clinical operations.
