Clinic Manager

We’re hiring Clinic Managers in the Toronto, ON   As we continue to grow our clinics across the Toronto Area, we’re looking for experienced Clinic Managers who are ready to lead teams, drive performance, and take true ownership of their clinic.   At Anytime Dental, our Clinic Managers are more than operators—they’re leaders who shape the culture, build strong teams, and create exceptional patient experiences every day.   If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building and leading teams, and want to make a real impact—this opportunity is for you.   What You’ll Be Doing You’ll act as the operational and cultural leader of the clinic: Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and processes Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team Manage scheduling and support staff performance and accountability Oversee billing, insurance processes, and financial accuracy Track and manage budgets, KPIs, and clinic performance metrics Lead by example to deliver an exceptional patient experience Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives Train and support team members on systems and software (including Recall Max) Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture   Who You Are You’re a leader who enjoys building, improving, and growing a business: 3+ years of dental clinic management experience 3+ years of leadership experience (coaching and developing teams) Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systems High energy, accountability, and a growth mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Flexible to support a 7-day, extended-hours operation   What the Role Looks Like Full-time | 44 hours per week Schedule aligned with clinic needs (including evenings and weekends) Locations across the Greater Toronto Area Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 annually You’ll be responsible for both the operational performance and team leadership of your clinic—balancing people, process, and patient experience.   A Bit More About Us   Anytime Dental clinics are proudly part of Passion Dental Group—a fast-growing network of dental practices across Ontario.   At Passion Dental, we believe great dentistry starts with great people.
