What You'll Do Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols. Support clear aligner and Invisalign patients throughout their treatment journey. Take impressions, digital scans, radiographs, and other diagnostic records as required. Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and Invisalign compliance. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication. Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment. What You'll Bring to the Role Current certification as a Licensed Dental Assistant and registration with BCCOHP. Minimum 2 years of chairside assisting experience. Successful completion of the ortho module and experience supporting Invisalign or clear aligner patients is required. Experience with digital scanning technology (iTero or similar) is considered an asset. Experience with Tracker dental software is considered an asset but is not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills—you’re as good at explaining care as you are at providing it. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, and you're comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team.
