We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about leading teams, supporting store operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Core Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in the daily operation of the business. Through your leadership, positivity and passion for retail, you will help create a welcoming and engaging environment for both guests and team members.
Lead the team during your shift and be a role model on the shop floor.
Support daily store operations by supervising the team, resolving operational challenges and ensuring all activities are carried out in line with LEGO® Brand Retail standards and procedures.
Support store performance and operational excellence.
Assist with scheduling, attendance monitoring and workforce planning. Help maintain stockroom organization, product availability and loss prevention standards while ensuring operational routines are executed effectively.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Lead and inspire the team to provide outstanding service to every guest visiting the LEGO® Store. Promote a culture of engagement, fun and excellence while supporting commercial and operational goals.
Support merchandising and store presentation.
Partner with store leadership to maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store reflects the LEGO® brand at all times.
Promote a safe and positive work environment.
Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a workplace where team members feel supported, respected and empowered to succeed.

Do you have what it takes?
• Previous experience leading a team in a retail, hospitality or customer facing environment is preferred
• Passion for the LEGO® brand and its values
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills are an advantage
• Experience working with children is welcomed
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during peak trading periods
Typically Supervisors:
• Lead the team during daily store operations and act as a role model on the shop floor
• Support operational and commercial priorities while delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Coach and motivate team members through daily feedback and support
• Partner closely with store leadership to ensure a safe, productive and engaging store environment
