  • Develop and execute OEM channel strategies in collaboration with local and global device manufacturers to drive device business growth and 4G smartphone penetration.

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, logistics partners, and channel stakeholders to strengthen market competitiveness and accelerate channel expansion.

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for OEM device launches, bundled offers, and promotional campaigns to ensure successful market penetration and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, Technology, and Group Device teams to ensure effective execution of device roadmap, pricing, positioning, and campaign strategies.

  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify new business opportunities and optimize commercial strategies.

  • Drive operational excellence by improving procurement, distribution, inventory management, fulfillment, and channel execution processes across the OEM ecosystem.

  • Manage commercial negotiations, handset financing initiatives, and strategic partnership programs to improve customer acquisition, retention, and device ecosystem growth.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline from a reputed university.

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be considered an added advantage

Job Experience Required

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in OEM/channel management, telecom device business, consumer electronics, sales, or partnership management.

Required Capabilities

  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking capability.

  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.

  • Strong understanding of telecom device ecosystem, OEM business models, and channel operations.

  • Capability to manage cross-functional coordination and execution.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and business planning skills.

  • Excellent communication and project management capability.

  • Ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovative business initiatives.
