Specifics About the Role Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 5 days per week Must be available for evenings and weekends Wage: $23 – $28/hour (based on experience) What You’ll Do Assist the dentist chairside during procedures while ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures Take and develop X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment Assist with procedures including implants, extractions, bone grafts, and root canals What You’ll Bring to the Role Minimum 1 year of Dental Assistant experience preferred Certification as a Level II Dental Assistant HARP and CPR certification required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team Comfort using dental software systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Evening and weekend availability IPAC and WHMIS certification considered an asset iTero scanning experience considered an asset Who We Are Passion Dental Group is a team of dedicated dental professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient care while creating a positive and supportive workplace culture.
