Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing team practices and drills.
- Provide individualized coaching to athletes, focusing on skill development and technique.
- Support the Head Coach in managing team dynamics, strategy, and game plans.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship within the team.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes during practices and games.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff.
Job Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for coaching and teaching lacrosse.
- Knowledge of lacrosse rules, techniques, and strategies.
Education and Experience:
- A Four-Year College Degree OR
- Serving as an Approved Assistant Coach (non-Hardship Coach) for a minimum of TWO school years.
