Job Description
Requirements:
- Associate degree of above, majoring in Engineering, electronic information, and other related majors.
- Over 5 years working experience in Life Support (Ventilator, Anesthesia, Patient Monitor) products.
- Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
- Able to do international long-distance travel.
- Domicile in Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Life Support products in assisting front-line engineers to solve technical issues as well as providing feedback on the existing quality problems.
- Conduct follow-up and improvement on major problems from the engineers while effectively assisting with the complaints.
- Train and guide regional backbone engineers.
- Responsible for sorting out, optimizing, and improving relevant platform processes position requirements.
