What you will do:
Define and lead the creative vision for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, ATL/BTL, content, and experiential channels
Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling, insight-driven creative concepts that are strategically sound, scalable, and feasible across all touchpoints
Ensure creative excellence and consistency across all campaign assets, maintaining high standards of craft, innovation, and brand alignment
Oversee concept development, storytelling, art direction, and messaging frameworks; review and approve key deliverables before client presentation or launch
Present and defend creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, building trusted, long-term client relationships
Lead and coordinate creative teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; organize workflow, set and monitor goals, provide ongoing support, conduct performance evaluations, and deliver regular feedback
Collaborate closely with media, performance, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are not only creatively strong but also results-driven; monitor effectiveness and use data-driven insights to refine ongoing and future creative direction
Shape the vision, standards, processes, and culture of the team, setting clear expectations for quality and ways of working
Stay ahead of cultural, technological, and consumer trends to continuously elevate the agency’s creative output
