Resource / ATS Tool Management

• TA/Sales Ops Process Knowledge – Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment activities including screening, submissions, interview coordination.
• Tool Knowledge (Beeline/VMS) – Hands-on experience with Beeline for profile uploads, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Stakeholder Management – Ability to coordinate with vendors, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Communication Skills– Clear and effective communication 
• Reporting/Tracking – Experience maintaining trackers and following process workflows.

Responsibilities:

Screening Profiles for Open Reqs

Coordinating with internal stake Holders / External stakeholders on open Reqs

Taking care of uploading profiles in Beeline and follow up on feedback

Interview Schedules and Follow-up

Documents collection / Uploading

Onboarding and offboarding coordination Etc.
