Job Description
- Take ownership of your accounts, and analyze campaign performance and grow existing dollars in-quarter through upsells and data driven recommendations tied to the customers business and marketing objectives. Ensure our clients are following Google best practices in setting up and managing their accounts.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Google Advertising products (e.g., performance and brand) and identify forward thinking, high-impact opportunities to grow our client's business. Possess presentation and communication skills to effectively articulate their value and impact to clients.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time and with a high level of customer service.
- Build and nurture authentic relationships with clients and agencies, proactively understanding their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Balance proactive service with reactive communication.
