About the Team TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them.

With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage local SMB and local hero merchants in Food/Restaurants, owning revenue growth and product adoption
  • Drive new merchant acquisition against clear targets, identifying, negotiating, and onboarding high-potential SMBs
  • Educate and enable SMBs with strategies, tools, and best practices to drive early activation, adoption, and long-term growth
  • Identify scalable growth opportunities and implement repeatable solutions to maximize merchant performance and portfolio
  • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, leveraging strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills to deliver against business goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive account success, share knowledge, and implement strategic initiatives
  • Ensure smooth merchant experience by resolving challenges and driving retention and ecosystem reliability

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Solid experience in SMB sales, business development, partnerships, or account management
  • Proven experience in acquiring and growing SMB or local hero accounts, preferably chain merchants or national/local key accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities and achieve targets
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive measurable outcomes
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate effectively with global and local team

  • Proactive and results-oriented, with strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and rigor, with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in ambiguity, adjusting quickly to change and committed to continuous improvement
  • Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
