Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven Store Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, championing automation, and enhancing efficiency within our SportChek business. You will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team that is shaping the future of retail in Canada.
Position Overview: As a Store Specialist you will play a pivotal role in supporting internal teams to deliver in-store campaign success through analytical rigor and seamless coordination. This role sits at the center of cross-functional execution, ensuring seamless coordination across teams to deliver in-store programs effectively.
What You’ll Do:
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align with merchandising and e-commerce teams to optimize landing page experiences and product selection.
Manage inventory and promotion calendars, offering insights to maximize campaign impact.
Facilitate billing requirements between multiple internal teams, vendors, and finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Project Management & Execution
Manage a high volume of tasks and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Develop and maintain detailed workback schedules and timelines.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, and implement solutions.
Program Ownership & Delivery
Support the execution of SportChek-exclusive in-store programs and experiences.
Track progress against deliverables and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Take ownership of assigned initiatives from planning through execution.
Creative & Asset Management
Work with creative assets and files (e.g., Canva) to support in-store materials and communications.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of materials across all touchpoints.
What You Bring:
Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience in account management for digital marketing programs (agency or client side).
Retail media or retail coordination experience is an asset.
Exceptionally organized, with a passion for process improvement and continuous learning.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Agile, solution-oriented, and energized by new initiatives.
Experience working with creative tools (e.g., Canva or similar platforms)
Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) is an asset, particularly for pipeline tracking or forecasting
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.
Ability to operate effectively within a complex matrixed organization.

Our typical hiring range is between $44,000.00 and $73,000.00 per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. #LI-AG2
