Own headcount tracking and reporting, including new hires, role changes, exits, and future growth assumptions, in partnership with HR and business leaders.
Translate utilization and headcount data into insights and recommendations that inform workplace strategy, portfolio planning, and executive decision-making.
Seat Assignment & Move Planning
Manage seat assignment records using REVIT and Excel, ensuring alignment between physical space, CAFM data, and business needs.
Support future-state seat planning and scenario modeling within CAFM to enable proactive planning and minimize disruption.
Partner with Workplace Strategy and Design teams to support programming, restacking, and move initiatives across the portfolio.
What you bring:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and drawing management best practices.
Intermediate skills in Excel and comfort working with dashboards, utilization metrics, and headcount data.
Experience developing and maintaining space utilization and occupancy metrics.
A data-driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of workplace strategy, design, and operations.
