About the Role

We are building AssureDroid, an AI-powered platform that tests and validates Android applications across different devices and OS versions.

As a Full Stack Engineer (Entry level), you will work on building backend services, APIs, and dashboards that help teams understand application performance and test results. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to design, develop, and improve both backend systems and user interfaces.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack—from writing APIs to building intuitive dashboards—and wants to learn how large-scale systems are built in real-world environments.

What You Will Do

Backend Development

• Assist in building APIs and backend services using Python
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL to store and manage data
• Help design data models for applications, test results, and reports
• Contribute to building data pipelines for storing logs and artifacts
• Support integration of analytics tools for tracking performance and metrics
• Learn and work with cloud storage services (GCS/S3)

Frontend Development

• Build simple dashboards to display test results and insights
• Work with tools like React or Streamlit to create user interfaces
• Help visualize data using charts and tables
• Improve UI performance and responsiveness
• Collaborate on designing clean, user-friendly interfaces

Learning & Growth Opportunities

• Get exposure to distributed systems and modern backend architecture
• Learn about API design (REST/gRPC) and real-time data handling
• Work with cloud platforms and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Gain experience in building data-driven UI dashboards
• Collaborate with senior engineers and participate in real product development

Basic Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Python / Java / JavaScript
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Familiarity with databases (SQL)
• Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Awareness of APIs and how web apps work

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with React or any frontend framework
• Knowledge of Python frameworks (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
• Exposure to Git and version control systems
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Interest in AI/ML systems or data visualization
