Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Programmer III based in Canada.
This role sits within a collaborative game development environment where you will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of core gameplay and engine systems. You will work across multiple disciplines—including design, art, QA, and production—to build robust and high-performance features that support both internal teams and external partners. The work spans a wide range of systems such as AI, UI, physics, graphics, and engine tools, requiring both depth in C++ and strong systems thinking. You will be part of a culture that values technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. In addition to building features, you will help ensure system stability, performance, and usability through debugging, optimization, and collaboration. This is a hands-on role where your contributions directly shape gameplay experiences and development workflows.
