Job Highlights
- Planning of micro level operation of respective area of production as per given production target .
- Co-ordination with other dept. like Technology, Utility,Safety,Lab.,ETP,Co-gen, TF for smooth operation of plant .
- Monitor and optimize process parameters for yield and quality.
- Ensure safety compliances as per norms in operation area in plant.
- Coordinate and implement productivity improvement and process debottlenecking projects.
- Training at shop floor for subordinates to enhance their skills in the plant.
- Ensuring the quality of finished product as per specifications
- Ensure proper work permit system gets followed
- Responsible for resource management for smooth functioning of the plant like raw materials, utilities etc.
Experience / Skills
- BE/BTech- Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years experience
- Process Optimization Expertise in monitoring and improving process parameters to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Safety & Compliance In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, HAZOP, HACCP).
- Problem-Solving Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Coordination & Teamwork Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
