As a Senior Tax Analyst in the Indirect Taxes (TTC) area, you will play a key role in strategic tax projects and tax transformation initiatives, directly contributing to compliance, operational efficiency, and business value creation.
This position will have strong involvement in tax calculations, compliance reporting, tax reconciliations, projects related to Tax Reform, tax process automation, system enhancements, and the implementation of tax solutions within SAP and Tax One environments, while also interacting frequently with local and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Support tax calculation, reconciliation, and compliance reporting activities (SPED Fiscal, FCI, Block K, Block G, assisted IBS/CBS calculations)
• Participate in complex tax projects involving ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, withholding taxes, and ancillary obligations
• Actively contribute to Tax Reform initiatives by assessing operational, system, and tax impacts
• Perform critical analysis of tax transactions and operations, ensuring compliance and mitigating tax risks
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of tax solutions within SAP and Tax One
• Lead and support continuous improvement, automation, robotics, and digital transformation initiatives for tax processes
• Participate in system integrations, new business operations, and cross-functional projects
• Support tax audits, inspections, and both internal and external audit processes
• Act as a trusted business partner for Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams
Work Experience
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA in Taxation
Experience
• Solid experience in indirect taxation, preferably between 7 and 10 years
• Strong background in ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, withholding taxes, and ancillary obligations
• Experience participating in tax projects, system improvements, and tax transformation initiatives
• Experience providing tax advisory support to the business and analyzing tax implications of operations
• Recent experience in the agribusiness sector will be considered a strong advantage
• Experience in multinational companies and international/European corporate environments will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of automation, process robotics, or initiatives involving artificial intelligence applied to tax processes will be considered a plus
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Tax One, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of and interest in Tax Reform topics
Languages
• Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken)
