Job Highlights

End-to-end order management Manage full order lifecycle (order entry to delivery) ensuring OTIF performance and proactive customer updates. 
Customer relationship management Act as primary interface with customers, sales, plants, and warehouses to fulfil customer needs. 
Customer service operations Handle enquiries, complaints, returns, billing corrections, and master data updates. 
Non-conformance (NC) & issue resolution Manage complaints, root cause analysis, and closure within defined timelines. 
Logistics & compliance coordination Ensure shipment compliance (GST, E-way bill, COA, GHS labels) and monitor stock/material movements. 
Financial coordination Process credit/debit notes and support AR follow-ups/collections. 
Digital & process improvement Support eCommerce, automation initiatives, and process excellence projects. 
Cross-functional collaboration Work with Sales, SCM, IBP, IT, and global teams on operations and improvements.

Experience / Skills

Must-have (Critical)

  • Education Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required. 
  • Experience 3–5 years in customer service, order management, or supply chain/logistics.
  • Order management & logistics expertise Strong working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain/order processes. 
  • Systems proficiency Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools

Additional Skills 

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities independently in a high-volume environment. 
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills (multicultural environment). 
  • Analytical capability for root cause analysis and process improvement
  • Familiarity with digital tools, eCommerce platforms, and automation/analytics systems.
