Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Sending invoices to clients via email and portal platforms
- Following up on billing issues, including resubmissions and administrative re-invoicing
- Accounting record of supplier invoices (including customs broker entries, fees, and expenses)
- Reviewing trial balances, monitoring investments, and generating fixed asset and inventory reports
- Handling tax requirements and managing document vaults
- General support to the controlling area in various activities
Requirements:
- Active student of Public Accounting (evening classes)
- At least one year away from graduation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Intermediate English
