Job Description:
This position will be responsible for working on construction project sites, assisting the Superintendent with labour work and fulfilling First Aid and Safety requirements for a high-rise development project in Coquitlam, Richmond or Pitt Meadows. Currently have 3 openings. We're looking to hire 2 day shift candidates and one night shift (11 am-7:30 pm)

About you:
Looking for an individual who will provide health and safety leadership and promote a culture of health and safety commitment to our site. We are looking for an ambitious, organized, individual with an above-standard attention to detail to see perfectly executed finishes.
About the job:
- Opening and closing a site
- Perform any manual labour (clean up, sweeping, packing materials, etc.)
- Organize areas
- General construction maintenance
- All other duties assigned by Project Managers/Site Superintendents
- Daily safety site inspections
- Weekly/monthly reporting
- Provide site safety orientations for all visitors to the site
- Attending to any injuries on-site and providing appropriate treatment
- Reporting any injuries, near misses or hazards on site
- Provide inventory control of the first aid station and supplies
- All other duties as assigned
Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2-years’ experience on construction sites
- Current OFA2 or OFA3 Certification
- Valid Fall Protection Certification or willingness to get
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physical capability to safely perform work onsite
- Punctual, dependable and hardworking
Salary Range:
$31 - $34
