Location: must live within Palm Beach or Broward County, FL
Territory: Palm Beach & Broward Counties
Salary: $70,000 + Uncapped Commission (1st yr OTE $120k, 2nd yr $150k) + Great Benefits

Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, ~40 hours/week
Travel: Local within the territory; 2-3 corporate visits per year

Territory Sales Manager – Facility Services (2+ B2B outside sales exp. req.) Description
Our client in the facility services industry is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to add to their corporate sales team in South Florida. In this role, you will take ownership of a South Florida territory and drive new account growth across Palm Beach and Broward Counties. You will sell recurring facility service contracts and broader facility solutions to brick-and-mortar businesses. Our client is looking for someone with B2B outside sales experience who has successfully built a pipeline, closed new business, and managed customer relationships. To be successful, you must be a self-starter who can create a prospecting plan, work independently, and stay consistent through a longer sales cycle. This is a great opportunity to grow a territory with uncapped commission, direct leadership access, and multiple long-term growth paths.
Territory Sales Manager – Facility Services (2+ B2B outside sales exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Build new B2B accounts across Palm Beach and Broward Counties
• Prospect brick-and-mortar businesses needing facility solutions
• Target property managers, owners, operators, and facility leaders
• Manage a self-generated pipeline with consistent follow-up
• Prepare proposals, pricing, walkthroughs, and contract details
• Close recurring service contracts and broader facility solutions
• Visit select accounts monthly and resolve issues through completion
• Coordinate account starts with internal support and service partners
• Report activity, pipeline, and wins to leadership each week
Territory Sales Manager – Facility Services (2+ B2B outside sales exp. req.) Qualifications
• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience required
• New business prospecting and cold outreach experience required
• Experience successfully managing a sales pipeline and closing deals required
• Ability to travel locally across Palm Beach and Broward Counties required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
