Our client in the construction industry is looking for their next President. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as the operational and strategic leader of an established, family-owned business. President Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision, business plan, and growth initiatives
• Lead all company operations, with accountability for profitability, performance, safety, and growth
• Lead and develop the executive leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Assess markets, projects, and business opportunities to support growth and competitive positioning
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, industry partners, and key stakeholders
• Provide strategic counsel and executive-level reporting to ownership, to support organizational planning and decision-making
• Partner with ownership to identify and execute acquisition, expansion, and growth opportunities
President Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil, heavy highway, infrastructure, site development, or related construction required
• Proven success leading the operational performance of a business, division, or region required
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams required
• Prior P&L ownership and a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability required
• Strong leadership skills required
