This role sits at the intersection of client success, service delivery, and strategic consulting within a fast-growing fintech environment focused on AI-driven solutions for the financial services and commercial real estate ecosystem. You will own a portfolio of managed services clients, ensuring high-quality delivery while driving measurable business outcomes and long-term account growth. Acting as the primary client liaison, you will coordinate cross-functional teams including data science, product, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives. The environment is dynamic and startup-driven, requiring strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to operate in both strategic and executional capacities.
