What the Role Is Expected to Be About
While final responsibilities will be confirmed once the role is live, the position is expected to include:
- Planning and executing CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, or in-app messaging
- Managing campaign calendars and coordinating launches end-to-end
- Segmenting audiences and personalizing communications based on customer data
- Monitoring campaign performance and using insights to optimize future campaigns
- Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams
Key Responsibilities
- Mid-level experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with 3 days per week from our Lisbon (Saldanha) office
