Job Title : Brand Support Coordinator
Division : Erikson Multimedia
Location : Baie d’urfe West island of Montreal
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-5:30PM Hybrid
What you will do:
We are currently seeking a talented, resourceful, detail oriented, self-motivated candidate to join our team as a Brand Support Coordinator who will coordinate and provide support for our Product Team in several elements of the business plans of our brands. You should be open to new challenges, extremely good at multi-tasking, innovative, creative, self-directed, analytical and a great team player. Responsibilities:
Build, analyze and share data reports for several facets of the business
Assist Product team in brand communications of promotional calendars
Support product team in inventory management and pricing
Execute price management monitor for several brands in connection with the ProductManagement team and sales team
Lead and execute skus setups for all supported brands
Assist in requests from sales and marketing team
Provide support for product management, purchase, customer service, sales, andmarketing for assigned brands.
Reply to multimedia’s team brand and product inquiries by phone and all availableelectronic communication methods.
Assist the brands at the sales meeting and trade shows to enhance product knowledgeas requested.
Interact with and furnish information to other departments as necessary or requested,and cross train with other team members
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field
Experience in a marketing, sales, or product management support role
Previous experience in wholesale or distribution; retail experience is considered an asset
Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced working knowledge of Excel
Excellent time management skills, with a strong sense of organization and the ability to prioritize effectively
Proven ability to solve problems, analyze information, and make sound decisions
Ability to navigate systems efficiently and leverage departmental tools, resources, and product information
Curious mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and be an attentive listener
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated organizational skills with strong follow‑through
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently
