Job Description

We’re looking for a driven, resourceful, and confident Customer Service Representative to join our Erikson Pro – Commercial Division, supporting our pro audio customer base. In this hybrid customer service/inside sales role, you’ll be a key point of contact—handling most customer interactions by phone and email—while helping to keep orders, inquiries, and account needs moving smoothly. Reporting to the Division Manager, you’ll partner closely with Sales Representatives to support existing commercial customers and ensure a responsive, professional experience from quote to post‑sale follow‑up. If you’re looking for an hybrid role where your customer service skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail truly matter, we’d love to hear from you. #LI-Hybrid Key highlights — Erikson Pro (Commercial / Pro Audio): Support a specialized portfolio of commercial customers in the pro audio space Hybrid role combining customer service and inside sales support, with frequent cross‑functional collaboration Own the details that keep accounts running—orders, returns (RMAs), credits, and order status updates Build long‑term relationships by delivering timely, accurate, and solutions‑oriented service What you’ll be doing: Serve as a primary contact for existing Erikson Pro – Commercial customers via email and phone Strengthen customer relationships through proactive follow‑up and consistent, professional service Obtain purchase orders, issue RMAs for warranty claims, respond to order inquiries, track samples, and issue credits Work closely with Sales Representatives to support customer accounts and sales activities Maintain accurate customer records and complete administrative tasks with strong attention to detail What you bring to the team: 2–3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales, ideally in an email based, office environment Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Microsoft Teams, outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset Demonstrated organizational skills, follow‑through, and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team Bilingual (French/English) Erikson Prowww.eriksoncommercial.com
