Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Digital & E-Commerce
Write, edit, and proofread web content while ensuring brand consistency in tone, messaging, and style
Optimize website content for SEO and AI-driven search environments
Leverage AI tools to support content creation, keyword research, and campaign optimization
Manage and create product listings on retail platforms, coordinating with internal teams
Conduct keyword research and continuously refine SEO strategies using analytics and AI insights
Analyze web performance and consumer behavior using analytics tools and AI-powered reporting
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve campaigns
Content & Social Media
Lead and execute social media initiatives to grow engagement and brand awareness
Use AI tools to generate content ideas, optimize posting schedules, and improve audience targeting
Create and source digital content, including graphics and visuals
Support press and media outreach initiatives
Brand & Product Marketing
Assist in new brand and product launches
Support the development of Point-of-Purchase (POP) displays from concept through execution and post-installation
Contribute to special marketing projects as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in e-commerce management
Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset
