Overview
In this role, responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate vehicle lien perfection. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills. They will possess a broad understanding of auto purchase and lending processes.
Responsibilities
Proficient in California title processing/lien perfection
Responsible for the management of assigned branch loan files, which may include escalated member and team member calls
Assists with the research and resolution of complex DMV title problems
Represents Patelco at DMV Field Offices
Recommends to management solutions to title issues.
Works with DMV, Dealers, and other financial institutions to effectively resolve member situations.
Provides training to new team members
May assist with department reporting and projects as required
Meets and occasionally exceeds goals
Thorough understanding of policy & procedures related to area of responsibility
Works under general supervision with limited decision-making authority within established guidelines
Support management decisions and implement directives as required
Other duties as assigned

- Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player who demonstrates flexibility in achieving the goals of the department
Qualifications
- 2 Year Degree Preferred
- 2+ Years Vehicle Title Experience
- Proficient typist – 35 WPM
- Previous Customer Service Experience required
Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have effective written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be a team player who demonstrates flexibility in achieving the goals of the department
Target Base Pay
$29 / hr
