Mitchell County Regional Health Center is in Osage, Iowa located in Mitchell County, which has a population of 10,600 people. MCRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room seeing 3,200 visits annually. The Surgical Services department performs over 1,300 procedures annually, including specialties General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain management, and Podiatry.

Founded more than 75 years ago as a community hospital, today we operate three clinics, 24/7 emergency services, inpatient and outpatient medical/surgical services. About The Job:
The EVS Tech performs cleaning tasks maintaining to the sanitary and integrity of patient rooms, patient service areas, clinic and hospital departments, and the general PHO campus environment.

The Position: 1.0 FTE. 80 hours per pay period.
Pay: $15.81, increases with experience. Plus $3.50 per hour for shift differential and $2.00 per hour for weekend differential.
Shift: Sunday through Saturday, includes Holidays and Weekends. 3:00pm to 11:30pm M-F. Rotating every 7th Weekend and Holiday.
Position Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Experience:
- Must be able to plan and organize a workload, and be alert to safety hazards.
- Special Skills & Aptitudes:
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Able to recognize personal learning needs and follow appropriate channels to gain new knowledge.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Able to perform repetitious duties and work with frequent interruptions.
