F&A - Analyst
Job Description
Join Duracell as an F&A Analyst for the BNL region and play a key role in driving financial performance, strategic decision-making, and business growth. In this dynamic position, you will partner closely with commercial teams, deliver impactful financial insights, and help shape budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives across the business.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead and coordinate the Forecast and Budget processes for the BNL team, including consolidation, system updates, planning, and follow‑up
- Ensure Customer Trade Funds reviews with Key Account Managers (trade funds, month‑end accruals, adherence to the mandates)
- Analyze and reconcile month‑end Actuals vs. Forecast variances and provide clear insights to BNL Management
- Update monthly financial reporting
Business Partnering
Support commercial teams with financial evaluations during contract negotiations
Conduct analysis on commercial strategy, estimated customer profitability, P&L impact…
Lead ROI analysis on marketing and promotional investments
Identify Strategic Revenue Management opportunities across channels, customers, and product mix
Accounting & Close
Participate in the monthly close process for Sales and COGS, leveraging Salesforce tool
Support Audits (internal US GAAP, external BNL GAAP), particularly for revenue reconciliation
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP and BI tools required; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Collaborative and agile, comfortable working in a cross‑functional and evolving environment
- Well‑organized, disciplined, with strong communication skills to highlight issues and propose solutions
- Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English
