Job Description
The Line Cook and Culinary Assistant supports the tasting room’s culinary operations by preparing, assembling, and presenting high-quality food elements that enhance the winery’s guest experience. This role works closely with the Hospitality team to execute seasonal pairings, maintain clean and organized workspaces, follow food safety standards, and ensure seamless service flow. Through reliable execution, attention to detail, and commitment to hospitality, the Line Cook and Culinary Assistant works closely with the Chef to deliver an experience that is a consistent reminder of how wine and food forges meaningful connections and memorable experiences.
