🎯 What you’ll be doing

  • 🤝 Build trusted coaching relationships with a diverse portfolio of MSP partners
  • 💡 Deliver impactful 1:1 coaching sessions that drive measurable business outcomes
  • ✍️ Collaborate with content teams to shape thought leadership and partner-facing resources
  • 📚 Continuously develop your coaching expertise, incorporating leading business frameworks and methodologies
  • 🧭 Keep partners accountable to their goals while supporting strategic decision-making
  • 📊 Accurately document progress, engagement activity, and results achieved
  • 🎤 Optionally lead peer groups, facilitate workshops, and contribute as a trainer

💰 What you’ll get

Compensation:
 

Qualified candidates can expect a base salary of $128,000 plus variable compensation, with an on-target earning (OTE) of $150,000.

🔍 Background checks

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. As part of these checks Pax8 will request ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks (additional checks may be completed for certain countries, such as criminal and financial).
