
Employer Branding and EX Specialist (maternity/parental leave cover)
Job Description
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and creative professional who understands people, communication, and strategy. Someone who can connect Employer Branding and Employee Experience (EX) into meaningful projects and initiatives with a real impact – on candidates, employees, and the company’s reputation as an attractive employer.
What will you do?
Lead and develop Employer Branding projects and ensure a consistent EB strategy.
Plan and coordinate local activations, ambassador programs, job fairs, and initiatives aimed at building a strong talent pipeline.
Manage job boards, onboarding, and recruitment materials to ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience.
Create and deliver EB content across online and offline communication channels.
Develop internal training in social media, LinkedIn, and personal branding for ambassadors and managers.
Lead projects focused on Employee Experience (EX) throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Coordinate buddy programs, satisfaction surveys, and follow-up improvement actions.
Cooperate with external partners in the areas of mental health, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
What do we expect?
University degree (Master’s level) in HR, Management, Marketing, or Communication.
At least 3 years of experience in Employer Branding, HR communication, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of social media and digital content creation.
Experience in project management and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate concepts into practice.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
English language proficiency at B2 level.
Knowledge of O365 and project management tools.

Salary: from 1900 EUR brutto/month. The amount of the wage is the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic component of the wage. The final base salary depends on the individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
