Pay Range: $80,000 - $175,000 per year
Triple-T Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is a business dedicated to serving our community with the best heating, cooling, and plumbing services. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber who is tired of being just a number and ready to be a leader.

- Compensation: Performance pay scale based on experience and licensing - our plumbers earn $80,000-$175,000 annually!
What You’ll Do:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems (fixtures, water distribution, and waste).
- Review building plans, mark connections, and ensure every install is sized, graded, and up to code.
- Pull together pricing and provide professional estimates to clients on-site.
- Collaborate with dispatch and management to keep your schedule moving and customers happy.
- Keep company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
What You Bring:
- Journeyman Plumbing License is highly preferred.
- 4+ years of service and repair experience (Residential/Commercial).
- Deep knowledge of local codes and the ability to solve "messy" problems with a professional attitude.
- High integrity and a desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
- Valid driver’s license (clean record) and the ability to pass a drug screen/background check.
Physical Requirements and Work Location:
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50–80 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 100+ lbs. (e.g., water heaters, pipes, tools).
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and stretching.
- Ability to work in confined or cramped spaces (crawl spaces, under sinks).
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold) and environments, including indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights.
