Role Overview

As Performance Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving online growth, customer acquisition, and digital performance across international markets.

You will coordinate the end-to-end execution of acquisition campaigns across paid media channels while acting as a central point of coordination between HQ teams, local markets, media agencies, and external partners.

This role requires a strong understanding of the digital acquisition ecosystem, excellent operational rigor, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns simultaneously in an international environment.

Acquisition Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate the launch, implementation, and monitoring of full-funnel acquisition campaigns across international markets.
  • Ensure flawless and timely campaign execution across all channels and stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign briefs, assets, copy validation, URLs, tracking requirements, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and media agencies.
  • Coordinate campaign activations across SEA, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate and emerging acquisition channels.
  • Support go-to-market activations and digital launches for new markets and business initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the global digital acquisition calendar aligned with marketing priorities and campaign planning.

Performance Marketing & Media Management

  • Work closely with media agencies to monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to acquisition strategy development and media planning across channels and markets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, traffic quality, and revenue contribution.
  • Support testing strategies across audiences, creatives, landing pages, bidding structures, and campaign formats.
  • Ensure acquisition activities are aligned with broader e-commerce and business objectives.

Tracking, Analytics & Feed Management

  • Coordinate campaign tracking implementation and ensure data accuracy across platforms and reporting systems.
  • Work closely with e-commerce, CRM, analytics, and development teams to maintain tracking consistency and attribution reliability.
  • Support the management and optimization of product feeds across paid channels and shopping environments (stock availability, categorization, product data quality, etc.).
  • Consolidate performance data from media platforms, agencies, and internal dashboards to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly acquisition performance dashboards and reporting materials.

Cross-Functional & International Coordination

  • Act as the main point of coordination between HQ, local teams, media agencies, and external partners on all acquisition-related topics.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across markets regarding campaign guidelines, assets, tracking conventions, naming structures, and reporting standards.
  • Share key learnings, performance insights, and optimization recommendations with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and benchmark best practices across digital acquisition and e-commerce trends.

Experience

  • 3/4+ years of experience in digital acquisition, paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, beauty, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in international and multi-market environments preferred.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Technical & Analytical Skills : Strong understanding of the digital acquisition ecosystem, including:

  • Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • SEO fundamentals
  • Retargeting strategies
  • Feed management platforms
  • Attribution and tracking principles

Good knowledge of

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Looker Studio or reporting tools
  • Excel / Google Sheets
  • E-commerce performance metrics and customer acquisition economics
