The successful candidate will work with all levels of the organisation to deliver change and business readiness in line with the project's strategic direction. Under the guidance of the Head of Business Enablement and Business Readiness Lead, they execute, support and measure engagement and adoption whilst aligning with the Business Enablement strategy.
The role will focus on the delivery of exceptional communication execution and driving change and adoption across the organisation, with particular focus on the implementation into the Customer Service organisation. The candidate should have experience with change execution, communication creation and review. Experience in training content creation and delivery is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Support and execute the ERP Business Enablement strategy, partnering with internal and external teams where appropriate
- Working alongside the Stakeholder Engagement Lead, support, co-write, design and development of content, communication, success story videos or engagement requirements that enhance the story telling of Transformation
- Support of key business team members, so they are equipped to fulfil the role of change sponsor as they help their teams through transitions
- Work with communities of super users to support them as advocates and to give feedback to the program and deliver on the agreed business enablement plans and deliverables and report on progress
- Assess the business requirements for business readiness, relevant stakeholder uplift and develop strategies, activation plans and methods
- Partner with the program Training team to support training communications and adoption
- Build content for knowledge sharing within the program phases, including offering colleagues a digital platform where they can educate on topics of their expertise with others
- Alongside the Training Lead and other Business Enablement team members, support where required, the execution of training sessions both in the classroom and online, to achieve desired operational objectives and support the digital transformation program
- Ensure continuous engagement within the business, learning and adapting to what works and partnering with internal teams for specialist capability and corporate practice
- Coordinate and/or support the running of engagement events to ensure all activities have the right level of change support
Requirements:
- Experienced in working with senior stakeholder groups to drive complex, large-scale business transformation programmes
- Experience in developing / activating a comprehensive engagement strategy and approach (taking organisations on a 'change journey’)
- Understand the standard project life cycle and project management fundamentals
- Able to work effectively at all levels – quickly establishing and then maintaining accountability and trust amont key stakeholders
- Knowledge of and the ability to apply change management principles
- Ability to manage and adapt to multiple change initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Cantonese, written a bonus
- Experience in the energy sector or other asset-intensive industries will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of emerging communication platforms
- Adept at Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Experience with MS Project would be an advantage
- Strong SharePoint skills are required
- Experience using design tools or tools such as Canva and video creation tools are required
