As a Growth Marketing Manager at Twigeo, you'll work on growth strategy and run campaigns for some of the world's leading brands. The Growth Marketing role in action

You'll run growth and execution for our clients by:

  • Managing performance campaigns with a strong focus on Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social. Including budget pacing and allocation to invest spend effectively against client goals.

  • Structuring, scaling, and optimizing Search campaigns across keywords, bidding strategies, and account structure to drive efficient growth.

  • Building strong client relationships as a key day-to-day contact, supporting growth and measurement decisions, and growing into a trusted advisor on your accounts.

  • Pushing how we work forward by testing new tools, AI workflows, and channel approaches on your accounts, and bringing what works to the wider team. You won't inherit our playbook; you'll help shape it.

  • Collaborating across offices and departments, teaming up with creatives and analytics team to raise the bar on your accounts.


What makes you a great fit

Experience
  • You have a couple of years of hands-on working with paid search, within performance or growth marketing.

  • You've worked directly with clients before, whether in an agency or in-house, and you're comfortable owning conversations, not just listening in.

  • You're getting confident with budget pacing and measurement fundamentals (attribution, tracking, reporting nuances) and want to deepen this further.

Communication
  • You can explain CAC, ROAS, and other performance metrics to clients in a way they understand and act on.

Ownership & Growth
  • You're highly motivated to learn and improve quickly, with a strong sense of ownership over your development.

  • You're looking for a place where you shape how the work gets done, not just where you slot in. You bring ideas, you push for them, and you don't wait to be invited.

Builder mindset
  • You can point to concrete examples, a new tool, AI workflow, or method you've tried, built, or introduced in the last 12 months, and what you learned or changed from it. You're not waiting for someone to hand you better tools.
