Job Purpose:

We are seeking a NPI SR. PLANNER to join our fast-growing, collaborative team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a high-growth, innovative environment, contributing directly to technologies that are shaping the future of power electronics.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and manage supply chain plans for new product introductions, ensuring alignment of project timelines with Project Managers and Master Planners.
- Assess allocated production capacity and raw material, forecast demand, and align resources to support launch schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to secure materials, components, and tooling required for pilot builds and production ramp-up.
- Fulfill NPI samples through coordination with PM, S&M and Production Planning.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
- Ensure loaned production materials are properly transacted.
- Ensure inventory coming from Engineering approved for Production order fulfillment will be endorsed properly to Inventory Analysts.
- Partner with PM, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure smooth product transitions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO’s)
- Excellent English communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning tools.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain, with at least 5 years in NPI or product launch roles.
Preferred
- Certification in supply chain (APICS CPIM/CSCP or equivalent).
- Experience in high-tech, semiconductor, or manufacturing industries.
