Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Own and grow revenue from assigned Taiwan-based AC/DC PSU, DC/DC converter, and high-power laptop/workstation adapter accounts
- Develop and execute multi-year account plans, opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and business reviews aligned to customer platform roadmaps
- Identify optimal applications and platforms for Navitas GaN and SiC solutions including AC/DC server and desktop PSUs, DC/DC point-of-load converters, and high-wattage laptop power adapters (100W–500W+)
- Drive design-win activity from NPI through mass production ramp across assigned accounts
- Engage decision-makers across engineering, power architecture, sourcing, and executive leadership at Taiwan ODMs, EMS companies, and dedicated PSU/adapter manufacturers
- Translate customer platform requirements, power architecture targets, efficiency mandates, and cost constraints into actionable product and application solutions
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate the quantifiable value proposition of Navitas GaN and SiC solutions in terms of efficiency, power density, thermal performance, and total cost of ownership
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Taiwan-based ODMs, EMS providers, CM partners, and dedicated PSU manufacturers supplying global compute OEMs
- Partner with global OEM account teams to align Taiwan supply chain design-ins with end-customer platform requirements and qualification timelines
- Effectively engage the broader Navitas cross-functional team including FAE, applications engineering, marketing, operations, quality, and supply chain
- Manage accurate sales forecasts, design-win trackers, program schedules, and supply-demand alignment for assigned accounts
- Communicate revenue risk and upside clearly to sales leadership and operations
- Maintain current CRM records (Microsoft Dynamics / Salesforce) and pipeline reporting
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Deep knowledge of the Taiwan PSU and power adapter supply chain ecosystem, including key ODMs, EMS providers, and standalone PSU/adapter manufacturers
- Strong technical understanding of AC/DC and DC/DC power conversion topologies including PFC, LLC resonant, flyback, synchronous rectification, and totem-pole architectures
- Experience and understanding of GaN and SiC power device advantages in switching frequency, efficiency, and power density for PSU and adapter applications
- Knowledge of high-performance laptop and workstation adapter market requirements including USB-C PD (up to 240W), proprietary high-wattage DC adapters, and GaN adapter trends 300W-500W
- Proven track record of substantial revenue growth and design-win conversion in semiconductor sales
- Extensive experience with value-based selling and value extraction for new technology platforms in a competitive market
- Strong command of CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage multiple competing priorities and complex multi-stakeholder programs
- High degree of professional accountability, self-motivation, and the ability to champion initiatives internally and externally
- Valid driver’s license
Requirements:
Basic
- Minimum 8–10+ years of semiconductor or power electronics sales experience in the Taiwan market
- Demonstrated experience managing key ODM/EMS/PSU manufacturer accounts in Taiwan as direct strategic accounts
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese; business-level English proficiency
Preferred
- BS in Electrical Engineering with MBA or equivalent business qualification
- 12+ years of semiconductor or power component sales experience in Taiwan
- Prior experience with GaN or SiC power semiconductor companies or power conversion IC vendors
- Established network across Taiwan’s major PSU and adapter manufacturers and their compute OEM customers
