Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Senior IT Manager  to join our fast-growing, collaborative team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a high-growth, innovative environment, contributing directly to technologies that are shaping the future of power electronics. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Manage IT infrastructure for the Philippine site as primary scope, while providing coverage across APAC and supporting U.S. sites as needed; report directly to Sr. Director of IT.
  • Work closely with the corporate IT team on maintaining the company's data centers and network infrastructure, ensuring local site availability, performance, and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Lead IT setup for the Philippine site, including ISP service, computers, network setup, and other on-site infrastructure needs.
  • Perform helpdesk support as assigned and ensure SLA targets are met.
  • Participate in various IT projects including Microsoft 365, Intune, cybersecurity, and other corporate IT initiatives, taking on different roles as needed (e.g., project lead, contributor, or subject matter expert) depending on project scope and requirements.
  • Partner with corporate IT and security teams to enforce security policies, ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, and support security awareness training at the local site.
  • Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO’s)

  • Deep expertise in IT infrastructure and operations management.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365 / O365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and AWS / GCP cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of network and systems engineering, including VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, firewalls, and structured cabling.
  • Working knowledge of IT security tools and security frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM ticketing platforms (Fresh Service, Jira) and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

 

 

Required Qualifications

 

Basic

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in IT management or leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure and operations, with exposure to cross-region coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD, and enterprise endpoint management (Intune).
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL framework, SLA management, and incident/problem management processes.

 

Preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in a global semiconductor, technology, or high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting APAC operations across multiple countries (e.g., Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, India, China) and coordinating with U.S.-based teams.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP Cloud in addition to Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with SOX and other compliance frameworks.
