Job Description Summary

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing warehouse function that delivers safe, accurate, and cost-effective logistics outcomes aligned with business needs. This role oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring high service standards, inventory accuracy, and strong stakeholder satisfaction while maintaining a focus on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

This is a full time, permanent position based out of our Welshpool Warehouse.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods. This role is suited to a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise who can drive team performance and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve productivity and quality targets
  • Ensure compliance with WHS (Work Health & Safety) policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet operational requirements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support seamless operations

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
  • Knowledge of WHS regulations and safe work practices
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Forklift licence (desirable)
