Specializing in family dental care as well as children’s dentistry, your dentist will determine the most effective treatment plan that will give you confidence in your smile.
Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our front office team. This role is essential in creating a smooth patient experience from the moment they walk in the door. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.
Schedule (days/hours)
monday-friday hours of office
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an efficient daily schedule
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Support overall office organization and front desk operations
Qualifications
- Dental experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with scheduling and office software systems
- Detail-oriented with a patient-first mindset
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
