Responsible for developing and implementing development programs needed to support the company’s objectives
Job Description:
- Fulfill and develop Agribusiness Learning Portfolio [MDP, ALP, Mandatory / Certification & Culture - 6 Values Awareness] :
- Nurturing Learning Culture Initiatives within the company for optimizing organizational learning
- Become Learning Partner for other functions, unit, and management
- Integrate Development Program Strategy with People Development Mapping
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training / People Development
- Proven ability to develop and manage learning portfolios (MDP, ALP, mandatory training, certification, and culture programs).
- Strong stakeholder management skills to act as a learning partner across functions, units, and management.
