Job Description Summary:

Responsible for developing and implementing development programs needed to support the company’s objectives

Job Description:

  • Fulfill and develop Agribusiness Learning Portfolio [MDP, ALP, Mandatory / Certification & Culture - 6 Values Awareness] :
  • Nurturing Learning Culture Initiatives within the company for optimizing organizational learning
  • Become Learning Partner for other functions, unit, and management
  • Integrate Development Program Strategy with People Development Mapping

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training / People Development
  • Proven ability to develop and manage learning portfolios (MDP, ALP, mandatory training, certification, and culture programs).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to act as a learning partner across functions, units, and management.
