Senior Pricing Analyst

 

 

Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

 

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Expert who will play a key role in developing and operating Reporting and analytics ecosystem of MOL Group’s Card business. Your work will support commercial and pricing decisions, regular and ad‑hoc analysis needs and overall operational efficiency across several markets.

 

What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain the Group Card reporting and analytics system

  • Build automated, consolidated reporting tools and support the development of the Group fuel card data model

  • Introduce advanced analytics and data‑mining practices to support decision making

  • Support sales and pricing with market‑specific reporting solutions

  • Provide analytical input for daily/weekly/monthly operative pricing and discount policy updates

  • Create and maintain tools for sales KPI setting and evaluation

  • Develop reports and dashboards for customer profitability and contract performance monitoring

  • Keep reporting & analytics process documentation up to date

 

Who are we looking for?

  • University degree

  • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Solid knowledge in reporting, data management and advanced analytics

  • Advanced Power BI skills

  • Experience with Azure, and basic knowledge of Salesforce and SAP

  • Result‑oriented, collaborative, problem‑solving mindset

  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills

  • Confident English language knowledge
