Job Summary:
This role supports the planning and execution of defensive unofficial visits by coordinating itineraries, logistics, and on-campus visit operations for Ole Miss Football.Job Description:
This role supports the planning and execution of defensive unofficial visits by coordinating itineraries, logistics, and on-campus visit operations.
Responsibilities include maintaining recruiting board alignment across systems, updating transcript tracking documents, assisting with visit report organization and accuracy, communicating with vendors and restaurants, and serving as a primary host for recruits and families during campus visits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for aligning Scout with ARMS based on NextGen Recruiting board
- Weekly update of transcript google doc based on NextGen
- Assist with all On-Campus Event Logistics
- Assist as primary host for recruits and families during on-campus visits
- Vendor communication: caterer, rentals, etc.
- Restaurant reservations
- Mange Visit report tracking and organization
- Gather Unofficial Visit form + itinerary and organize for students to enter visit reports
- Check to make sure visit reports were completed and done correctly in ARMS and Scout
