Job Summary:
The Developmental Coach will support the Men’s Basketball program by assisting with the growth and development of student-athletes through individual skill instruction, team practice support, and day-to-day program operations.Job Description:
This position will work closely with the coaching staff to help enhance player performance, reinforce program standards, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with individual skill development for student-athletes.
- Support team practices, drills, and on-court instruction.
- Help reinforce coaching points, player accountability, and program culture.
- Assist with film review, scouting preparation, and game-day support as assigned.
- Collaborate with coaching staff on player development plans.
- Support administrative and operational needs of the men’s basketball program.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach or designated staff.
