Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage pricing underwriting and provide quotations to new business and renewal portfolio to uphold the efficient workflow and high integrity of pricing operations Manage all accounts in negotiating policy terms and provide accurate reporting Be responsible for handling technical issues and maintaining data quality in pricing tools/system Provide cost underwriting/quotation support in Group Life and Medical scheme, renewal process, renewal pricing and experience refund calculation

Achieve profit objective on underwriting and pricing, including review of claims loss ratio, policy

, policy terms and conditions in accordance with Actuarial and Underwriting’s guidelines

Prepare proposal and policy data to support sales process

Prepare Management and Financial reports

Liaise with reinsurer for reinsurance management Support ad hoc project and initiatives

: University degree of any discipline, preferably with FLMI and ACS qualification At least 3 years' experience in insurance industry, preferably in Employee

field; person with less experience will be considered for Underwriting Officer Solid experience in handling Group Life and Medical insurance underwriting and/or administration Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g
